Blackberry Pearl 3G

The Pearl 3G has a 3.2 megapixel camera, a considerable upgrade from the original Pearl's 2MP camera. It also has an optical trackpad, rather than the trackball, which was the common navigation tool on old Blackberries.

It uses GPS, enabling Blackberry maps, as well as Wi-Fi and 3G networks.

 

Android touting Acer Stream announced

Announcements of new Android handsets are coming thick and fast, we’ve had the HTC Wildfire, Samsung Galaxy S and Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini to name three of the most recent.

Presenting the Acer Stream, which has been dubbed as a mobile entertainment dream machine. As far as specs go, here’s what we know: It’ll launch with Android 2.1 (éclair), it will also have a 3.7 Inch AMOLED display with a 2000:1 contrast ratio which without going into the gory details, is very good. There’s also a Qualcomm SnapDragon 1GHz processor lurking under the hood joined by 512MB of RAM which will take care of any day to day tasks without breaking sweat.

The new device from HTC us yet another Android effort going at the moment with the codename Vision. Although there isn’t a lot that is known about the device at present something is always better than nothing.

It is expected that the phone will come with a 800 x 480 touchscreen a 5 megapixel camera and a 1GHz processor. We have heard that it will have a slide out QWERTY keyboard great for those that like to tap out their texts.

The Dell smartphones are currently in concept stage. with The Dell Lightning release date set for Q3 2010, which means it’ll be one of the first Windows 7 Phones on the market. Vodafone 845

The Vodafone 845 is a low-cost Android 2.1 phone that offers a basic but practical handset to those who might have struggled to afford an Android smartphone before.

similar to the HTC Tattoo in terms of hardware specification. There's a 2.8" 240 x 320 pixel display, a 3.2 megapixel camera, 3.5G support, WiFi and built-in GPS. The 845 also includes an FM radio, microSD memory slot, Bluetooth 2.1 and a fairly large 1200 mAh battery.
